Signatures Step #
General Behavior #
- Users are presented with 2 statements accompanied by unchecked checkboxes that they must read and agree to by checking each box. All checkboxes are mandatory.
- Users must check all checkboxes and sign/review documents each time any changes are made to the investment details, such as changes in the number of shares or updates to ownership information. If users alter information in previous steps, they are obligated to revisit and re-complete the Signature step.
- Documents available for signing or review in the Document section are facilitated by a third-party service.
- User can find signed investment agreement in the investment details in portfolio after investment made.
- Users are required to sign the Investment Agreement. It could be reviewed after signature.
- Users can cancel their investment, which will update its investment status to CANCELED DURING INVESTMENT BY INVESTOR and erase all progress made up to this point.
- Users have the option to return to any previous step and modify details, even if those steps were already completed.
- Upon successful submission, the information is saved in investment object, and the user is taken to the next step.
